Over thinking about HIV Elisa test

My last risky sexual exposure was on 24 march 2020. Then I did HIV Elisa test on 73rd day, again on 121th day and finally again on 198th day which came negative all the 3 times from 24 March 2020. Never had sexual exposure again from 24 March 2020 except masturbating in my home. That's it. I'm over thinking about HIV Elisa test about it's accuracy and it's window period. My question : do I need to get tested again or is my HIV Elisa test results are conclusive? I have attached all the 3 HIV Elisa test reports of mine. Please explain about my query and help me to leave my life peacefully.
