I m surrfing with semen leakage at nights time and some times semen leaking with urine and after urination smome drops of urine leaking

Hello Don't worry. Most of the time its the lubricating fluid that comes out from penis when aroused..It remains on penis and melts during urination giving an appearance of semen coming in urine. It will go spontaneously once you become sexually active.
