Over active urinary bladder

I am 26 years old. From the last 10 years I have overactive bladder and urge incontinence and also a tendency of getting anal fissure if occasionally stool becomes hard and Lateral sphincterotomy was done 3 years ago. Please give medicine which does not cause hard stool because I am always getting fear of anal fissure as it is very painful.
