My fiance have undergone a surgery under which her one ovary is removed, want to know it's ill-effects in the future, would it gonna impact pregnancy, and if it impact fertility period of a women, please elaborate on the same...thanks

It may delay the chance but Not that much if the another ovary is functioning well.. because ovaries release the eggs alternately. Her body will adopt according to condition soon.. just help her to do that..
