I am 29 yr old married woman .I am having abdominal pain from 4 months my periods also went irregular in august and in sep only spotting recently i go for ultrasound it shows 26mm×13mm on right side and 26mm×15mm on left side in maximum dimension. Few small follicles are seen on either side .No obvious adnexal mass is seen. Is size is ok or i will be having problem to get pregnant?

get your thyroid profile and prolactin test done please do one pregnancy test also
