Hi I am 30year old female married for 5 years & Currently under infertility treatment. Now I am currently running more than 50 days of this periods with pregnancy test negative. My recent pelvic scan says both ovaries appear reduced in size ( with volume less than 3CC. Is that a very alarming issue?? Kindly explain

Do Serum FSH, LH, E2 AND AMH ON day2 or 3 of period.  Take castor oil 50 ml in morning with hot water and you will get loose motions on the same day and periods within a week. If no periods consult gynecologist for medicines to get periods.
