I had frequent urinary infection in the past two weeks. Due to which doctor suggested me to take culture test and blood test which showed no bacteria hence took MRI which revealed I had right ovarian dermoid made of fat tissues which is about 4cm. But my urinary bladder, uterus,endometrium,fallopian tubes appear normal .I had periods til last month and its only 20 days since my last periods. I would like to know whether it is jus a cyst or ovarian pregnancy. Can anyone tel me the difference
