Right ovary measuring 3.5×2.4 cm has a cyst with internal echoes 2.1×2.0 cm Left ovary measuring 3.6 ×2.5 cm has a cyst with internal.echoes 2.5 × 2.4 cm Endometrial thickness 0.9 cm I want.to become pregnant ..i take no contraceptives regular intercourse but still no result..Please.guide.me what to do for.these cysts?? Do they need any sort of surgical removal or.they'll go away on their own??? Are they the reason im. Unable to conceive??
