One-year before I had left ovarian cyst and I went surgery also.It was normal for one year,now again I got ovarian cyst in right ovary.Should I wanna undergo surgery again or it can be cured by medications?

if it is less than 6 cms and simple ovarian cysts it can dissolve with a cycles of oc pills ...if it is a chocolate cyst endometrioma it will have to be operated.
