Can I give otrivin paediatric to my 2.5 months old baby...plz suggest other options if not this...she has a blocked nose and not sleeping

I prefer nasal saline drops to otrivin ped nose drops as it has xylometazoline which causes further nasal block in an infant.

make the baby sleep in sideways position or in prone position to keep the baby comfortable while sleeping ensure the bed is not soft
