I am suffering from ulcers in my toungue back side, i previously before 1 year use to chew gutkha and Pan masala, but left in August after treatment for intralesional injections. but again I have ulcers problem.

Apthous ulcers can be a cause . Normally treated conservatively with vitamin supplementation and maintain a clean mouth hygiene . However you need a proper clinical examination .
