Orthopedic problem in finger

In the attached picture i have showed that the middle finger of my left hand have dome problems. 6 months ago the finger got twisted in an accident in my room and thn I consulted local doctor and xray was done but nothing bad found in the finger. But till date i have problem in the marked region while folding it . After an extent I can not fold it more.Please suggest me sir or mam what to do now
