Oral Typhoid Vaccine

I am taking the oral Typhoid vaccine in preparation for a mission trip. Unfortunately, I JUST realized that I leave for my trip the day before I finish the course. I am wondering if it would be okay to take the last two pills two days in a row so that I complete the course before I leave. There will be no way for me to keep the capsule refrigerated in the airport or on the plane.
