Hello.
The report is suggestive of a Stage 4a Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma, (which is an advance stage) though the CT scan plates will give a more clearer picture. Do not fret and go to your nearest head and neck oncosurgeon or oral and maxillofacial surgeon for the proper management. Based on this report, your father will need to undergo surgery for total removal of the tumour as well as lymph nodes from the neck followed by proper reconstruction of the defect. Another biopsy of the entire excised tissue will be done which will help in determining whether he will need post operative radiation +/- chemotherapy. Do undergo the needed surgery and post surgery treatments asap to avoid worsening of prognosis.
