I have getting these hyperpigmentation along with some roughness since 1-2 months, initially i started in right buccal mucosa i showed it to dental surgeon, they said its normal and maybe physiological pigmentation, they gave caziq, kenacort, dologel, o have used everything it works for sometime and then when i stop pigmentation comes back again.. i am worried because it's spreading more and more, in left buccal mucosa also it started and now i can see in under upper lip too(added picture)... Is there any treatment for this? I am worried of this is caused by any bacteria or virus? I had a physical contact(oral) with a girl 2/3 months, last year she had some severe infection in stomach bec of which i knw she was taking steroids, idk what bt now m worried... we're not in talking terms too so cant really contact her too, please help me! What can it be and why is it happening!
