My child is 3 years old. Since birth he is hyper active. He always gets irritate and angry on small things. Always behave in opposite way. He speaks something he wants and when we give that he says no. He always bang his head continuosly. When there are more members in house he behaves fine. But when there is less members he throw many tantrums. He is very high tempered. Even if we cuddle him then also he don't like. He cries, harm the younger kid . He is not aware what he does.
