Pls let me know, I have of chest discomfort and tightness with arm pain left. Wake up every now and then at midnight. Do i need to do Angiogram??? Test done Ecg - 20-30 + Normal Echo - 4 times (Last April 2023) - LEVF 60% TMT - 2 times (Last August 2022) - Negative both TEE (April) - Normal Holter - Normal CT calcium scan of heart (No angio) - Zero Troponin I - 10 times - Negative
