Open internal OS in 28 week pregnancy

Hi I am 29th week pregnant. As per my USG report doctor found that I have open internal OS. Cervix 2.8 funnel diameter 6.4mm funnel length 12.8mm. Currently I admitted in hospital could anyone suggest how risky it would be.l
