Dear sir I have an problem of one side headache (left side ) problem from last 3 to 4 years ...whenever I get the cold I will get this headache problem and it will give pain like anything ...but now from last 4 to 5 days headache has  become too much please give me a permanent solution for this issue

One sided headache and aggravates with cold means.. mainly because of sinus problem. . Also with migraine attack. .
