One of tonsils on my left is swollen

2 weeks ago i had tonsillitis i went to a doctor who prescribed me antibiotics. and i became well but after a week i have noticed that the left tonsil is swollen and i have so heat sensation around my right part of my neck and down to my shoulder. Please i need your advise.
