Thanks.I appreciate your help.But yesterday first i did not take medicine i was tired i did alot of work.As soon as I lie down i was unable to sleep, then again i had to take .25 mg aplrex.I think about nothing.I have no worries.Still i feel my heart beating very fast as I try to sleep a little chest pain and low feeling or depressed feeling that vanishes during day.I could sleep only fr 4 hours.
