One eye is swelling from a month

Hi, My one of the eye is swelling from one month having no pain, no itchiness and no redness. what could be wrong with my eye. I have no issue with vision as well. I have used one eye drop "ciplex". then it was reduced. but after one week, this drop is not useful now. again i am having same eye problem. why it is happening and what is the solution?

Hello This looks like meibomitis Try Warm compresses...followed by lid massage and apply antibiotic ointment like azithromycin over lid margins Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist

It's a stye. Please put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and oint e.g. ocupol at bed time. Also take oral antibiotic and anti inflammatory tab e.g. tab ciplox 500and tab diclogesic twice daily. Do hot foamentation.
