I have suffered from S/P Trauma (stone)(OD) Severe open globe injury (OD) Sclero corneal laceration+uveal tissue prolapse (OD) Total hyphaema (OD) Profound visual impairment (OD) Full loss of vitreous humor.I have been treated in Sankar netralaya,gwahati. Operation procedure:- Uveal tissue abscission+sclerocorneal repair intra vit antibiotics+AC formation,under GA(right eye). Bscan done.please help me.my right eye vision has lost.please suggest me some solutions

Hello A. Your treatment is in right direction B. Is retina attached on B scan ? C. I am sorry but under these conditions the prognosis is guarded D. It may take some more time for recovery...Visual recovery depends on status of cornea and retina... Prognosis is guarded Continue the treatment as advised by your ophthalmologist Regards
