Can this be treated, my first test showed a sperm count of 60,000 and then after some ayurveda medicine or increased to 3,00,000 in about 6 to 8 weeks. However my family planning is still not successful.

hi, see it not only depend on sperm count but also on sperm motility , structural normality  so better consult physician
