For how much days should We use ofloxacin for mild infection like stage 1 typhoid S typhi O & H  both +ve 1:80 titer.Mild fever up to 99.2 feeling max relief now 5 days completed. Took medicines Oflox 200, calpol,pantop D. Does ofloxacin causes dryness in throat like something acid reflux. Though using Pantop D. Should I stop this antibiotic now. And start Redicate 200 bd l??? Or 5 days course is enough??
