Hi there, I started taking birth control for a week and a half because I get really bad cramps and back pain. While on birth control I started feeling worse like I couldn't sleep and advil did nothing to help. I started bleeding im not sure if its spotting or im starting my period. My periods are at the end of the month please help.

ur question is not proper. bith control pills should be taken daily without any gap .usually spotting or bleeding occurs on leaving pills in between n u may conceive also. u can take tab rantac n tab emset bd for 5-7 days .gradually these symptoms will disappear. or else consult gynecologist for help.
