It's really nice to know that you do not have any Psychotic issues. It appears that you have a lot going on on your mind.
It would be a good idea to get yourself evaluated by a psychiatrist. In addition you can also meet a counselor and being talk therapy. This will help you get out of the negative emotions and also deal with your OCD. It will also help you deal with your exams.
My sincere request is not to unnecessarily gather information from the Internet. It more often cause harm than help.
