Hi I'm a 30 year old male. I have a best friend who has started complaining to me that I don't give him space. We are both single. Ever since I remember we have been very very close. We always stay in touch even though now we live in separate cities. We text each other as a ritual when we are leaving for work and when we come back from work each day. Nowadays when I ask him how his day was or what he's upto he gets agitated and irritated and keeps saying I don't give him his space. And that I take his space and that he needs his space etc etc. He says I ask too many questions. I've always been like this. Why has he started doing this now? Because of all this and the thought that he needs space from me I've lost a lot of peace. I stay up at night thinking what has gone wrong. I can't focus on work and always check my phone for his texts or to see if he's online. And for how long he was online. I've become obsessive and depressed. Please help!
