Hello sir...  The condition u are referring to is called lipomatosis,  where multiple lipoma arise in the subcutaneous regions.  It doesn't pose any problem as such he but ppl do go for removal of these lesions for the cosmetic purpose.  U can contact any plastic surgeon nearby for guidance or u can even contact me online.
