Hello From few month I had observed that there a small muscl e  developed inside anus hole which I can feel by touch after toilet.its size remain same , I did not seen any growth in it Sometime I had tried to touch but few drop blood I had seen moment I touched it, However there is no bleeding at the time of toilet It doesn't pain or effected me anyway, but still I am quite scared about the same Please guide to whom I should go for further check up and treatment
