Sir, i dont find a tablet strip containing 3 tablets, i think my son might have swallowed on friday but no such symptoms. What will be the cause. Whether need to consult the doctor

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Yes of course its a matter of concern. And also a matter of your carelessness. What were the tablets of? What was the name? These basic things you haven't mentioned. The tablets were open or packed?
