My nephew Vaidik Mishra is 3.5 yr old, 3ft 11 inch tall and weights 32kg. He is suffering from asthma since age 1.5 yrs and is currently under medication for same and even sometimes needs nebulization. He gets cough and gets breathlessness after running or laughing. And he vomits each and every time while crying . He has obesity which is our reason for concern. What measures can we take to help this situation?

Weight is too much for the age... Reduce weight first...avoid junk food and sweets.... Asthama mainly due to allergen...need specific approach for same to reduce it... It requires a lot of counselling and education for parents....
