I have sharp left flank pain since 6 months and my body mass index was low . My CECT abdomen reported nut cracker phenomenon is seen in the form of left renal vein between aorta and SMA . It reported mildly reduced SMA angle approx 26 degree and aorta mesenteric distance is 4.0mm . Besides this my CT scan report was normal . My other reports CBC , KFT. USG abdomen ,blood pressure , RBS , urine r/m & c/s are normal , So i want to ask which exercises , yoga and asanas are beneficial for this problem .
