Numbness in right hand during night

I am facing numbness in the right hand and severe pain at the elbow since three months. This is occurring only during night time and post wake up unable to fold the frigers and it automatically reduces in 2-3 hours. During that time pain is severe and that is observed internal. I didn't have any external injuries. Please guide me to get relief. Thank you
