Numbness in my left leg below the knee

Yesterday I sat for a long time with stretched legs. After the immediate relieving the stretched legs I started identifying my left leg below the knee and up of the foot became numbness. I feel very numb and little sense. I thought it's a regular numb due to stretch and it would be give up after a while. But unfortunately it hasn't left yet .
