Numb feeling in my fingers

I felt this numb feeling in my right foot toes,which lasted about two months before it stopped and i don't wear tight shoes or anything like that.but now i can feel the same numb feeling in my left hand fingers for about two weeks now.what do you think is the problem?

Hello.....  Numbness could be due to impaired blood  flow by vascular occlusion, tight wearings,if you are smoker stop smoking...  If pain  is associated with  numbess you should  worry  about  it.. If numbess  is because  of external pressure  no need  to worry  otherwise you should  consult  doctor..
