I did not check for pregnancy 2 months back and started on novelon. This is my second dose of novelon strip. But now i have pain in my breasts and feel tender and heavy like they used to during my first pregnancy. Is it just a side effect of the pill or something to worry about? Can i take a pregnancy test now?

If you have missed periods, you need to do pregnancy test. Besides that, novelon is known to have these side effects.
