Hi,am from India...having a doubt that a dog had scratched me or not on yesterday..should I take vaccination or just leave it?if not scratched still started vaccination,will cause worse result??

Scratched means by leg or by teeth . If it is by leg of the dog then no need of vaccine it it is by teeth then definitely you have to take vaccination.
