Hey there! This is Kartikey Dwivedi. I am 22 years old and I am suffering from penile nerve damage. It all started month 2 month back. I was sleeping on my stomach side and nightfall had occurred. During nightfall, my pennis was pressed. The sperm was about to come out but it did not come out properly. After that I felt severe pain in my testis and inflammation in pennis. Now I don't know what to do?
