To build muscles, u need to increase yr protein intake.I m sue u must be non vegetarian. So keep habit of eating eggs, chicken etc. that u can afford.plus u can add dry nuts like cashew, almonds, more pulses like chana or chhole, mung etc.keep doing yr workout in gym. Take advise of instructor in gym to show u what kind of exercise or weight lifting training u need to build yr muscles
