Hello Sir, My baby is 10th month old it's been 3days not eating anything Nd 2times she vomited, last night she got fever also, gave medicine as per the doctor even then she din eat anythg .. she s become thin .. in empty stomach she s sleeping... Plz help me with your sujjestions.
