As far as your vision is concerned, the photos that you have attached say that you have normal visual acuity (6/6) in both eyes.
The ophthalmoscopic exam also is normal apart from pallor of your optic disc, as mentioned by the ophthalmologist here. Since the examination was considered normal, the treating doctor has prescribed you with lubricant eyedrops.
There can be a number of causes which can cause a dip in the sharpness & resolution. These can be found out by checking since when this problem has started & what triggers or aggravates it the most. Also with tests such a HD analyser or aberrometer.
Such expertise can be found in a centre which caters to a high load of refractive surgery (LASIK) patients.
