Not able to sleep in nigh

I started doing gym 2 weeks before and since then not getting good sleep. What can be the issue? I also changed my diet. Taking very nutritious diet now.

Hello.. The body may take some time to adjust to these changes.....the biological clock to set.
Health Tips
Avoid use of Mobile/TV/Laptop/Computer abt 2hours before going to bed.... Also wash your face, hands & legs with tap water before going to sleep.
