Hi , I'm 24 . Recently I have issues where I want to say something but the word doesn't come to my mind , I know what it is but I forget the word , what should I do I also mix up things I have to say occasionally

Sometimes this can happen due to stress or anxiety also. Take tab benfomet forte once a day for 3 weeks. Consult a doctor for assessment if it doesn't improve.
