I had cold from last Wednesday, I have been taking sinarest. Cold has come down however I am not able to hear properly through my left ear. I think because of cold injection has passed to left ear.

You might be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It is a self resolving condition and you should be alright within few days even without treatment
