Not able to handle divorce
I have been separated from my husband from past 2 and a half years . Recently filed divorce . There has been no efforts from him for reconcillation but I still hope each day . I have been wasting my time since then and see no interest anywhere. I am damn sure going back to him is a wrong decision but still can't get over . Haven taken councelling, anti-depressants , anti-anxiety tablets also but I am still where I was. I feel embarrass to meet people .
It is evident that this life event has significantly impacted you and certainly you need professional help along with support of other people in your life. If my understanding is correct you have taken help in terms of medication and counseling but was it possible to adhere to the recommendations and follow up because it taken time but will help you deal with the problem.
