Dr. Gave for my 4months old boy child boonispaz.milk of magnesia.colicad.but no use.he not passes motion for 4days.

For not passing motions sometimes you don't need treatment. Just wait if child is fine without any troubles like vomiting, abdomen distention etc. He will pass it  may be another few days if not visit again your pediatrician
