Hello Doctor, male 31Yr, 6ft height & 77 weight Am unable to feel any sensation in my right thigh, buttock, anus and around it. Due to that have observed impact on my private area. Please advise. Thanks.

U need evaluation with MRI and evaluation by Neurosurgeon
