I have headache and runny nose from last night . I cant sleep well in last night . Now in morning same condition is here and also feeling fever ........

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 3 days.
