Facing some sweeling in nasal mass from 2013. undergone homeopathic treatment from 2019 but not getting very good results Kindly help me in getting out of this problem. It may be nasal polyo dont know. Feeling something got stuck in inside right nose sometimes loss of smell but after having homeopathic medicines this smelling problem was solved little.. But againg smell]ng problem occured in between.

It's not mass. It's normal structure which is called as turbinate. it has increased in size. generally it's because of allergy. use metaspray nasal spray 2 puffs two times a day. it may help.
